During his concert in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Diljit Dosanjh addressed the legal issue surrounding his concert. He reported that he had not received any notice that day but assured his audience that out of respect for prohibition laws, he would not sing alcohol-related songs during the performance.

During his recent concert in Ahmedabad, he announced, “Even today, I will not sing any song about alcohol because Gujarat is a prohibition state.” He added that if all states declared themselves alcohol-free, he would stop singing alcohol-based songs entirely.
Diljit gave a funny answer
the singer said, “Let’s start a movement. If all the states declare themselves alcohol-free, Diljit Dosanjh will stop singing alcohol-based songs in live concerts from the very next day. I have another proposal. In whichever city I perform, declare it a dry day, I will not sing songs based on alcohol.”
