Being disciplined is a way to live a better life. It is beneficial to learn it at a young age. In whose homes there is an atmosphere of Discipline Important since childhood, especially in families with army background, children learn to follow discipline from childhood.

Although self-discipline as a skill can be adopted at any time, there is no set limit.

Benefits of discipline in our life-

  • Personal Development- Discipline is important not only for achieving big goals but also for small everyday goals.
  • Disciplined people are never late – Disciplined people are never late in reaching anywhere, whether it is going to office or going out for some other work. They are punctual.
  • Being successful at work – People who are disciplined, and able to handle distractions, make better use of their time. This habit gives them success in almost every work.
  • Happy and Stress-Free Life- doesn’t just help in achieving work and personal successes. People who follow discipline live happier and healthier lives.

Discipline is not harshness; it is a means to reach the goal.

We always associate discipline with toughness. Like, ‘This is a very difficult task, it is not within my control’, ‘I will not be able to get up early in the morning.’ We develop a misconception in our mind that discipline means, Imposing rules and restrictions on yourself. Whereas the real thing is that discipline only helps us in taking us towards the goals of life. But we come to know this in our life only when it is too late.

Keep thinking about material comforts. We think that I have to do this, I have to do that, I have to earn a lot of money, I have to be successful, but we are not able to think what and how to do for that success. Wasting our time on social media also distracts us from our goals.

“Without ideals, hard work, honesty and high human values, one’s life cannot become great.”

Many people know this thing said by Swami Vivekananda but are unable to implement it. Due to this their life remains disorganized. Such people are neither able to complete the work on time nor reach anywhere on time.
